Do you obsessively collect tiny unique objects as you explore? Do rocks, bits of glass smoothed by the city streets, tiny metal gears, random dice, colorful marbles, broken toy parts, and mysterious objects find their way into your pockets as you walk?

In this workshop you will make a unique living terrarium in a glass container which doubles as a curio display for your tiny treasures! A variety of glass, plants, pebbles and tools will be provided. Students are encouraged to bring a handful of tiny special objects and stories about how you found them! Kim will walk you through different techniques for working small, stacking both plants and objects for maximum effect and will help you create your very own, one of a kind terrarium menagerie to take home and show off!
